Poor Twiggy's lower face seems to have swollen up like a balloon. i have no idea what wrong though, My guess is a Allergy to something or perhaps a bug bite. Poor Twiggy, I'm getting the vet out tomorrow to have a look.
Did you ever find out what caused this swelling? My 10 year old mare is currently having the same problem. She also had random, golfball sized welts appear on her neck and chest.
