I'm pretty pleased with how Anna Trent turned out - But not at all happy with how the horse did, i think my patience ran out and i finished really fast..

Swollen Like a Balloon

Poor Twiggy's lower face seems to have swollen up like a balloon. i have no idea what wrong though, My guess is a Allergy to something or perhaps a bug bite. Poor Twiggy, I'm getting the vet out tomorrow to have a look.

Twiggy goes barefoot for the winter.

She hasn't been barefoot for about 2 years. But I'm not riding her much over winter so i thought it seemed like a good idea =]

I Hate Winter...

Winter really grinds my gears. Its all cold and muddy and wet...
Mud. I hate mud. Mud makes me fall over. I don't like falling over. Its not that fun.
Cold. I hate Cold too. Cold makes me fall asleep with my electric blanket on. Then i wake up really boiling. That's not fun either.
Wet. I hate Wet. Wet makes mud. Wet makes the lino floor at school slippery. Slippery floors make me fall over.
See winter is dangerous.

Winter also means i have to re-waterproof Twiggy covers. That's also not very fun.

Since when is it "Anti-Mane-and-Tail-Month"!

This is really frustrating me!
First half of Twiggy's mane goes missing. like actually completely bald!
It from her winter cover the seem-line to the neck cover rubs constantly on this area and now its rubbed it right out. So all next season is spent growing it..Again. And then when its finally looking decent again, time for the winter cover! it a vicious circle..
So today - Just to make me super angry! i get Twiggy in for a feed and find out than her tail has been chomped! Damn cows! So now her tail is all uneven!.. and i am not happy!

Man agriculture sure is boring..

Why on earth did i choose to do agriculture...Wow just now my correspondence teacher walked in and gave me more correspondence work! yay just what i need! i like getting mail though, i got a ear tagger! now that is interesting stuff! and ears...like actual ears, kinda grossing me out. But i guess you can't go around willy nilly tagging real animals' ears! lol
Well now that that huge buzz is over ill bore you (and amuse me) with telling you how lame Ag is, well its not like anyone reads my blogs, they are pretty dull. Probably about as dull as Ag. I still don't know why i chose this subject. its all about grass. and dirt. fun as huh?
its not like i want a career is grass... The study of grass. GRASSOLOGY! Man.. genius. Hi I'm Michelle and I'm a grassologist. See from one sentence a stranger could tell i have absolutely no life. Ha Ha.
Speaking "ology's" though i decided what i may want to do as a career - Ancient History, So i thought about getting into Archeology..Well actually considering I'm not even sure if that's how you spell then maybe i shouldn't. Ideally what i want to do is get a Masters in Ancient history, Majoring in Egyptology. Now that actually does sound a whole lot better than Grassology. Or Dirtology. Quite frankly i'm over Ag. And i really wish you could do ancient history by correspondence but you cant. Classical studies is the closet thing i can find, but looking at all the things you have to study it doesn't sounds very cool at all, i read in a book a little while ago and you can study pyramids..and its called pyramidology! i think its true, i might Google it, if pyramidology isn't even a word then i probably sound like a right pyramidiot!
I just googled it and Yes, it is a word. I'm not waffling on in my own language after all.

Well i killed 12 minutes sitting here wondering what to write now. Man i could actually do Ag but i only do that if i get really bored! now that there's only 6 minutes to go in this period why start now!
I'm really good at procrastinating, Maybe i found my hidden talent. I could get a masters in procrastination. Nah for some reason i don't think that one exists.. I would Google it, but I'm 99% sure i made it up.
Well 2 minutes of this period to go so I'd better log off..

Meet my new pony! KOSTA! Nah actually i lied. Hes not mine. Im just riding him for his owner who is pregnant =] He very cute, and hes rather large, all of 17hh, 4 years old and still growing =] If im lucky i might get to do some winter series on him. =]
